Because we know that stand-alone professional development opportunities are not enough, InSite Solutions offers a four-part workshop series for all staff that goes deep on Brain-Based Teaching Fundamentals. Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologists will work with you to tailor our content to meet the needs of your school:

PROGRAM 3: Become a Brain-Based, Healing Centered School

Join us for a intensive school-wide fellowships to become a brain-based, healing centered school. Expert mental health professionals will partner deeply with your school to equip teachers with the theory and practice behind the trauma-focussed teaching strategies that we know work in the classroom.

Part 1: Brain-Based Teaching Cohort Development

  • "Train the Trainer" seminar cohort in brain-based teaching

  • Individual coaching and consultation on brain-based teaching for cohort members

  • Intake and referral services for all staff struggling with mental health challenges

  • Regular consultation with school administration on brain-based, healing-centered teaching and teacher wellbeing

  • Four-Part Workshop Series for all staff

Part 2: School-Wide Implementation Consultation and Delivery

  • 8-week coaching and observation cycle

  • 8-week wellbeing implementation cycle

  • Individual coaching and consultation on brain-based teaching for cohort members
